ORIGINAL:
Spynoches yfryed. Take spynoches; perboile hem in sežyng water. Take hem vp and presse out že water and hew hem in two. Frye hem in oile & do žerto powdour douce, & serue forth.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 box frozen Spinach
- 2 T (1/8 cup) Vegetable Oil
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp Mace
- 1 tsp Sugar
DIRECTIONS:
- Defrost spinach and squeeze out as much water as possible. Cut up.
- Heat oil, add spinach and cook for a minute or two.
- Stir in spices and sugar.
